Documents in the program can be sent to vise, verify, confirm and etc. to other users of the system. Documentation tasks are easily configured, responsibilities and deadlines may be introduced.

It is possible to block a document, after certain actions have beed carried out. Documents can be repaired, replaced, each time creating a new document version. You can have as many versions of a document or its annex as you want.
